Our newly established warehouse spaces are located directly by Hamburg Airport, in the immediate vicinity of the new Hamburg Airport Customs Office. Modern high-bay systems are used here to store and deliver customer shipments on a daily basis. Eight loading docks allow trucks to be loaded and unloaded, and for customs handling to be performed. Customer shipments that are not for immediate onwards transportation are placed in interim storage here. Customers can access their warehouse inventory online at any time using our Internet database. For particularly temperature-sensitive goods, we maintain refrigerated storage spaces with a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius and +4 degrees Celsius.

Our fulfilment service covers the customer-specific requirements of different industries. In our warehouse, loose goods or goods packed on pallets are repacked, relabelled, repackaged together with other goods, and delivered. These complex processes require high degrees of concentration and continuous quality control, which Hamburg Express can guarantee through the use of defined operating procedures.
